The Bright Water HOA consists of a Board of directors that are elected to lead, serve and advance our community on behalf of all residents.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board meets on every third Monday of each month. Meetings are held at the clubhouse, commence at 7pm and are open to all residents. Any resident wishing to to address an issue may contact the Board.

COMMITTEES
- Architecture Control: Responsible for approving changes to homes and landscaping
- Grounds Committee: Responsible for the upkeep of the common areas of the Bright Water sub-division
- Lake Committee: Ensures the Lake is maintained in good condition and monitors usage
- Pool Committee: Responsible for ensuring the swimming facilities are maintained and encouraging use
- Social Committee: responsible for the organization of social and seasonal events for residents
- Tennis Committee: Responsible for ensuring the tennis facilities are maintained and encouraging use

The Community Oriented Police Services organizes to support our community in security matter. Please contact Shirly Lane for more information.
Bright Water participates in the Gwinnett County C.O.P.S. neighborhood watch program. This program is designed to keep neighborhoods safe through cooperation between the Gwinnett County Police and residents. We make residents and police aware of scams, break-ins and other risks in order to warn our community and provide information to police that may help to apprehend criminals.

Bright Water Community Emergency Response Team.
Bright Water participates in the Gwinnett County C.E.R.T. emergency preparedness program. This program is designed to prepare residents for the unexpected – tornadoes, floods, brush fires and terrorist situations.
